Thank you for shopping with Modestisa! We want you to love your modest everyday wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here’s our policy:
Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags must still be attached.

Final Sale Items (e.g., clearance or promotional products) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return

Contact us at info@modestisa.com to request a return.

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by Modestisa.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@modestisa.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
