Modestisa Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Modestisa! We want you to love your modest everyday wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here’s our policy:


Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • All tags must still be attached.

  • Final Sale Items (e.g., clearance or promotional products) cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@modestisa.com to request a return.

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by Modestisa.


Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@modestisa.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
